What does the free trial include?
You get 30 days free with the core community and eight of the add-ons included, so you can explore everything before deciding what to keep. A card is required at signup. There are no subscription charges during the trial, and we’ll email you before subscription billing begins. Cancel any add-ons you don’t need, or your entire subscription, before the 30 days end. Platform sales fees and payment gateway charges are separate.
Can we cancel before the trial ends?
Yes. Before your 30-day trial ends, you can cancel individual add-ons or your entire subscription. Cancelled add-ons won’t be included in your paid subscription. Cancel the entire subscription before the trial ends to avoid subscription charges. If you continue, the core community is $179/month, plus $5–$9/month for each add-on you keep.
Do we need a different plan for Spark?
No. Spark is included in the $179/month plan, alongside the community features. Try the interactive demo to feel the difference for yourself.
Can we keep the community simple at first?
Absolutely. Your admin can enable or disable any feature, including every core module included at $179/month. Start with only the features your community needs, then switch others on as you grow. You decide what members see and use, shaping the experience around your people. Eight of the add-ons are included during the 30-day free trial. Cancel any you don’t want to keep before the trial ends; after that, each add-on you keep costs $5–$9/month.
How much is it with add-ons?
Eight of the add-ons are free during your 30-day trial. After the trial, the core community is $179/month, plus $5–$9/month for each add-on you keep. Keep two and your subscription is from $189/month; keep all 11 and it is $240/month. Cancel any unwanted add-ons or your entire subscription before the 30 days end. The 0.50% sales fee and payment gateway charges are separate.
Are payment gateway charges included in the 0.50%?
No. Heartlynks charges half a percent of the sale amount on sales through the platform, in addition to the payment gateway’s charges. On a $100 sale, the Heartlynks fee is $0.50, plus the gateway charges.
